To add a picture to a cell Comment:
1. Select a cell, press Shift+F2 to add a new Comment; if a Comment is in the cell, and press Shift+F2 to edit the Comment.(选定一个单元格,按Shift+F2插入批注，如果已有批注，则按Shift+F2编辑批注)

2. Select the edge of the Comment so that it is surrounded by dots, not slashes.(选定批注的边缘)
3. Right-click the Comment edge, and from Format Comment, select Colors and Lines.(右击选设置批注格式-颜色与线条）
4. In the Fill section, open the Color box.(选颜色)
5. Choose Fill Effects, click the Picture tab, and then click Select Picture.(填充效果-图片)

6. Select a picture and click OK twice.

填充效果中选"图片"中的"选择图片",然后插入所选图片,按确定，再按确定。
