ZipArchive：：getArchiveComment — 返回 Zip 存档注释
说明
public ZipArchive::getArchiveComment(int $flags = 0): string|false回 Zip 存档注释。
参数
flags如果 flags 设置为
ZipArchive：：FL_UNCHANGED，则原始保持不变 返回 comment。
返回值
返回 Zip 存档注释 或者在失败时返回 false.
