ZipArchive：：getCommentIndex — 使用条目索引返回条目的注释
说明
public ZipArchive::getCommentIndex(int $index, int $flags = 0): string|false使用条目索引返回条目的注释。
参数
index条目的索引
flags如果 flags 设置为
ZipArchive：：FL_UNCHANGED，则原始保持不变 返回 comment。
返回值
返回 success 注释 或者在失败时返回 false.
